As the title says really. The update downloads and proceeds to install while logged into Windows until restart whereby it installs to around 20% before the laptop forcibly restarts to a blue screen until the update is removed.
I have downloaded Bluescreenview whereby it shows the error as being ntoskrnl.exe + 3f5210
I have tried every 'fix' the internet has to offer so far and am reluctant to try a fresh install over fears i may not be able to recover.
Things Ive tried:
Updated all drivers - checker and rechecked
Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic - No Errors
Ran sfcnow scan
ran DISM - dism scanhealth the component store is repairable
- repair, fixed 40 of 41 problems
Ran a full hardware scan with Dells support tool
Any help would be greatly appreciated
