So, I used the Volume Mixer to mute my editing application, Adobe Premiere Pro, so I could work while not being annoyed by scrubbing through B-roll clips. I did this a day or so ago and I cannot figure out why it is not showing up in the Volume mixer. I believe I did restart my PC while the program was muted, no clue if that created the problem or if I have discovered some weird bug. No audio is coming out of my speakers from Premiere. All other system sounds are functioning as normal.
note that the timeline is currently playing, and audio is being played according to the green levels meter behind the Volume Mixer dialogue box
Interestingly, Premiere shows up in App Settings, but it doesn't show a grey highlight around it. No clue what that means. If someone could help me figure this out, that would be greatly appreciated.
