Hello.
I've been encountering some problems with my copy of Windows lately where my computer would still be working normally, i was watching video, chatting through discord etc, but suddenly windows would freeze yet i can still hear my friends talking on discord call yet they can't hear me, and while watching videos the video would buffer a bit and the buffer indefinitely. I can still move the mouse, the cursor is working and i can close all of the apps, i can even go into ctrl+alt+delete and choose to log out or restart, but it would stay on the "restarting" or "logging out" screen indefinitely prompting me to press the reset switch. I'm using the latest version of Windows and i always update whenever there's a new update, is there any fix to this? Any help is appreciated
