Windows 10 laptop colors washed out after new Windows update

hello



i have a dell laptop, i was adjusting colors from Intel graphics control panel and after 17th Dec update it isn't opening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again from Microsoft store of course and it still not opening. these colors are veeeeeeeeery washed out. PLEASE HELP ME! I
