I have been unable to update this laptop to any of the newer versions of windows since they came out. I have updated all the drivers, Running latest bios, Reset windows update multiple times as suggested in for forums. Also ran a disk check, sfc /scan now, and DISM. Also ran the Setup Diag utility with no usable results. I also tried downloading the media creation tool. Tried to upgrade from it and also created a boot disk and both failed to update windows. Any Ideas?
