Starting up - Desktop Window frame

When my computer starts up and the desktop is first visible, just for a
second, a window with frames flashes for just a second. No content at all
just the frames. I'm wondering how I find out exactly what program is
starting? Anyone know? Thanks.

Go to the Start Menu, type msconfig into the "Start Search" box and press
enter. Go to the Startup, disable startup items one by one, rebooting after
you disable each one. When the brief flash of a Window at startup
disappears, you'll have found the offending application. Then visit their
website to see if they have any information on this issue or contact their
tech support.
