Hello,
I bought Windows 10 Home directly from microsoft.com on December 17, 2020, and got a confirmation email.
I have a Microsoft account and I bought it with my account. It's showing on my Order History that the purchase was completed.
However, I have not received a product key via email or via viewing from my Microsoft account. When I linked my Microsoft account to my computer, it didn't automatically activate via Digital License, like I was told.
I talked to customer support and was told that it may be a glitch. The following is what Sales did.
1. Re-sent the confirmation email. Product key was not in the resent confirmation email.
2. Refunded me the first purchase, and asked me to buy it again because there was an on-going issue. I bought it again. No product key again in the confirmation email.
3. Talked to customer support again (different agent) who said to buy it again. I have paid for a second one, and my money is still pending on a refund.
I talked to another customer support, who also suggested the same thing. I was escalated to tech support, who tried his best but couldn't activate my Windows still. He escalated me to another type of tech support who also couldn't help me activate my Windows.
I already paid for this, twice. I just want to activate my Windows 10, whether it's a product key or digital license.
