I was trying to update wsl to wsl 2. For that you have to run wsl_update_x64.msi, but every time i ran it displayed an error saying "This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator" I didint need wsl that much so I just let it be. A few days later I tried installing wireshark, during its installation it was also installing vcredist and returned the same error as the wsl msi pacakge. So i tried getting log of it with msiexec /a wsl_update_x64.msi /L*V log.txt from admin powershell and got this
