re-image surface 8 pro

have an old surface 8 pro and windows 365. Was on red screen but thanks to Utube have it now to blue. Got to the reimage screen but it wants a location and i do not know what that is or how to re-do the computer. I would like the files but that is not a requirement as i have most already on another computer
