Error when running SFC

Not entirely sure where to post this, so gonna just post it here, I figure the mods will let me know if it's cool or not.

So, my computer is running WIN10 x64 and I've started getting random BSOD errors, so I ran an SFC /Scannow and this is what is in the log. Telling me that mscorwks.dll is corrupted in both the installation and the backup that it's trying to be fixed from.

"2020-12-24 16:01:44, Info CSI 0000012b [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file \??\C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\\mscorwks.dll; source file in store is also corrupted"

Any ideas on how I could go about fixing the .dll without doing a system restore or a reinstall?
