Microsoft Windows Vista can do anything but networking while Windows 7 does (both operating systems are on the SAME HDD). I have tried Installing the network drivers and tried using something that is not IE (Firefox 49).
My computer is the Toshiba Satellite A110-PA346-1BAS-CF100E, I only put a 500GB HDD instead of a 60GB one and upgraded the ram to 2GB which is the maximum it can support.
