Hoping I could get some assistance on this one; currently my wife is having random shutdowns with her machine while playing games like 'The Sims 4' and even 'Risk of Rain 2' of Steam. Yet I've had the machine on for about an hour now with no issues just having minimal browser activity and system information tools up.
Nothing is available via Windows Update to update drivers.
Since reviewing the issues in Event Viewer, I've removed the heatsink, cleaned off and reapplied thermal paste (it looked fine before), and tuned the fans to be a bit more aggressive (Turbo setting, but not 100%). I've also plugged it directly into the wall as opposed to a power strip.
Trying to see what else I can do to help narrow down what could be the issues if the system continues to shutdown. I have 2x .dmp files in the LiveKernelReports folder of Windows and have saved the reports from Event Viewer under what's 'Critical' and 'Error', but can't seem to upload those files here for community review.
Brand new machine, custom built.
