WIN23K POWER WATCHDOG TIMEOUT help!

So lately my computer has been really laggy when doing literally anything. Sometimes it freezes and other times it'll make a beep noise. The beep only happens once in a while and I've never heard it before. Just today I got a blue screen that said WIN23K POWER WATCHDOG TIMEOUT and I don't know what to do. I tried reinstalling my graphics driver but to no avail.
