I am currently running Windows 10 version 1909 and am repeatedly asked to update with Feature Update 20H2. I have tried to update and install dozens of times without success.
I have read everything I can find offering solutions and have tried these fixes also (except a clean install of Windows which I want to avoid) without any success.
The update literally takes hours and always fails at the last, when final update is at around 90%. My system is then reverted back to it's previous state.
I am now seeing error code 0xc1900101. I have tried all the fixes for this but still cannot update and after each failed attempt, my system settings again repeat the cycle, advising that an update is pending.
I have now found a Log File that lists the errors. This was in C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther and it shows the following:-
