I have a new Lenovo laptop running windows 10. It prints everything; test pages, pdf files, word docs - everything in landscape mode. All settings are set for portrait mode printing.
I've downloaded and installed the latest windows update - no change.
I've gone through control panel and settings multiple times. I've checked my printer properties and preferences. Everything is set to portrait mode printing but still I get all printouts in landscape mode. In the Printer Printing Preferences I changed the Paper Source from Automatic to Main tray - still only prints landscape.
The only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling and reinstalling my printer, which based on experiences of others with this issue didn't help them.
I'm using a Brother MFC-J6520DW printer.
Please help.
