When I want to call video, I get this 
I found many ways to fix it. but It's not working anymore (I followed this website: 9 Best Fixes for Facebook Messenger Video Calls Not Working (guidingtech.com)). For example, I went to setting on chrome and allow both of camera and microphone. I tried to use microsoft edge, and I reset browser setting; however, it's not working. Finally, I tried to download messenger app on the computer, but it cannot open. Help me please. I have to use it to teach my students. I cannot use other video conferencing online. My student is not convenient to use them.
