When I click the windows button, search bar, or file explorer on my task bar none of them open. I have tried restarting, cleaning my drive, automatic repair, and the sfc. Restarting worked once, but when I closed file explorer the issue happened again. I have tried restarting the process in task manager, but that hasn't helped either. I am baffled by what is happening, I do not understand it. Side note, I left earlier and came back to a lot of file explorers open, but this was an hour time period, so this further confused me.
