PC not starting after factory reset

Hey, I recently got a new PC and noticed a significant drop in performance from the first night I got it all put together, and the next morning that I got on it, and after talking with some friends they said before anything try factory resetting it since I don't have a lot of files downloaded, so I decided that would be the easiest thing to try, however as soon as I clicked the reset button my computer black-screened, and if I turn the monitor off and on it says no HDMI signal (HDMI is plugged in and computer is on), I plan to let it sit overnight if it doesn't come back, but it has been 5 hours and I was just wondering if their is something else that i'm supposed to do.



*note I built the computer 2 days ago, noticed the fps drop yesterday morning, and reset it at around 3:30 today
