My pc is not compatible with windows 10

How do I remove windows 10 and restore my previous version. I have updated my bios but it says it's not compatible to windows 10. My PC restarts multiple times a day when I logon. I get the windows stop code error and it goes thru the restart. My pc also is taking a minute or to to access all websites. Please help. I am an old fart and not that savvy to computer lingo. I also cannot access Microsoft help, my pc just spins the circle and I get their error message, unable to connect try again later.
