Help i wiped a disk of its partions and i am not able to format it and i dint have an OS installed and am not able to install one due to it

hey so i tried to do a fresh reinstall win 7 on a old laptop as it was not starting and a bootable U.S.B start up repair was not working so as the disk did not have enough storage and was filled with junk i used the win 7 bootable use into setup repair command prompt and used disk-part v 1.6.XX and followed a tutorial to do it so when i tried it every thing went as follows:-


1- typed diskpart


2- typed list disk


3- choose disk 0 by select DISK 0 command as i wanted to completely have a fresh install ( it is the internal hard disk)


4- then used the clean command


Every thing was same here as the tutorial until now


the in the tutorial


in the tutorial it said to use the (create partition primary) command


5- but when i used it did not happened but should me 3 different options which was like


PARTITON - create a partition


VOLUME- create a volume


VDISK- load files for a virtual disk


i tried both PATITION and VOLUME command


when used PARTITION it showed no volume selected



when used VOLUME it showed no size or some thing and showed the normal invalid command thing


and then a lot of command options


the i tried the add command it did not do any thing but just showed error


so then i just tried to turn it of off (not force shutdown quit it normally) to do it all from start but after restarting it and going into set up it shows disk error
