When I run ipconfig /displaydns, I keep seeing this strange in-addr.arpa that I did not set up

When I run ipconfig /displaydns, I keep getting something that says 33.65.xxx.xx.in-addr.arpa along with the other normal websites listed such as bn1302.storage.live.com.

I checked the host file on my Windows 10 pc, and I don't have anything modified there regarding this ip address or website.

In fact, I never go to the website listed under PTR Record.

When I signed into my netgear router online earlier, the device names of a couple of my devices that were connected previously were changed to the same name that is listed under the PTR Record.

This is the first time I have ever seen this.

Any ideas on what is going on?
