So the issue is wanted to install Windows on my old PC to use it as an office PC, but because my drive that I wanted to install windows onto was not NTFS, I just turned off the power switch on the PSU. After i had formatted the HDD as NTFS and started the old computer it wouldn't initialize the Bios (Fans would just spin at half speed instead of the speed they where set in the Bios and no video signal). It must be that the Bios is corrupted or the Motherboard is fried, even though the PC is only 2 Years old. Does anyone have an answer?
