I was experiencing same issue with same error unable to load amdide.sys
when using the DELL Server Assisted Install CD on Dell 400SC PowerEdge


I downloaded most recent image of this CD (2.4_DSA_SC_A00.iso) from
Dells Support and Drivers page.

I was able to complete a full install OF Win2003 from the Win2003 Sp1
Slipstream using the CD Image
