How do I swap my "primary" or "lock" screen when 2 monitors are in use ?

The problem I'm facing is that the left monitor is currently the "lock" screen, and I want the monitor to the right to be the "lock" screen or "primary" monitor.

My setup is a Dell Notebook connected to a Dell dock station but I'm not using the laptop's screen, the lid is always closed. I'm running Windows 10 Prof 20H2 build which is the latest version.

What I did manage to do, is to move the primary taskbar to the right monitor which means the notifications "callout" icon is on the correct monitor I want, but when I press the notifications icon, the action center sidebar slides in on the left monitor. - Strange. But does not resolve what I need.

Last point is that placing of the left/right monitors is correct in that the cursor does move correctly across the screens.

Thanks
