Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not working

I am a Windows 10 user. On my Acer Swift 3 the network card "Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201" provides both Wi-Fi connection and integrated Bluetooth. My computer is 6 months old and everything worked well until 2 weeks ago, when Bluetooth and integrated Wi-Fi card both disappeared from Windows (I can still use Wi-Fi connection with a USB dongle).

Device Manager says:

1) The Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 has the yellow bang! (Code 10: this device cannot start);

2) Intel Wireless Bluetooth is hidden device: Code 45 Hardware device is not connected;

3) In Other Devices there is a hidden device named IBtUsb_Filter_00 with Code 45 too (I don't know if this is related to Bluetooth);

4) Yellow bang! in Controller USB: Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed), Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems;

How to fix this? Things I tried that didn't work:

1) Install all system updates from Windows Update, optional updates and drivers;

2) Run the Troubleshooter and then performed a Network Reset;

3) I tried to enter the Bios, however I didn't find options about Wi-Fi, WLAN or Bluetooth in it;

4) I installed the newest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers from Intel website;

Thanks
