DirectX Setup: An internal system error occurred

Hi, I know this post has been made multiple times on this forum, but I'd like to put in my own error logs when I fail to be able to install DirectX.


I've already taken many measures such as disabling both firewall and antivirus, setting DirectX values, giving administrator permissions, downloading C++, scanning through sfc /scannow, and many other common solutions but none if them are working.

I already have DirectX12, but I am trying to update it with files from this executable: Download DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) from Official Microsoft Download Center


Here is the error log I keep getting at the end:
