I am trying to run a cd/dvd disk in windows 10. The program came with this information:
(This application should automatically launch if your computer is set to allow applications to autorun. If it does not, you can
run this application by double clicking on the file "Click to Launch.vbs" on the root of this disc, creating a shortcut to the
file "\common\html\default.htm", or navigating to that location and launching "default.htm".
Depending on your browser settings, you may get the Microsoft warning regarding allowing Active Content to run on your
computer. Answer the question to allow Active Content to run.
Minimum requirements to run this application are:
- Internet Explorer 6 or above
- Intel based computer
- 1GB minimum
- Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7
- Adobe SVG Plugin installed (can be installed from a link on the first page))
I have tried to open in Explorer and I get this:

I have tried numerous other programs to view my disk and to no avail in the format that is userfriendly. I have installed the svg viewer for not. I have run malwarebytes. This used to work on my other machine before the windows update
and has never worked on this machine. Any ideas would be appreciated.
