so I have a Alienware laptop and it runs decently well when it wants to but I recently had a problem with it it gave me the sad face screen but it was a windows corruption so it would not startup at all so I got windows reinstalled full diagnostic scan no virus no nothing i got it back after its fixed and it didnt run the same as it did before i was running 60 fps on my games here is my specs Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable) 8 logical processors 4 cores... and now it runs 20 fps on my games lag spikes out of nowhere nothing like what it used to play like and just as i was AFK i came back to my computer and saw that it gave me the SAD FACE SCREEN one again and what my main problem is right now is when i go to do STARTUP REPAIR it says i need a PASSWORD even though IDONT HAVE ONE SET TO MY COMPUTER please HELP!!!!!
