Chrome does not stay signed in and losses search bar

At fist I thought it was when I closed the window or restarted the I mac that I lost the search bar in the middle of the window. As does on the MBP too.


Only to discover when trying to sign into this. when signing in , the Search bar come back. But as soon as the window is closed. When opening Chrome , the search bar is missing again, and I have to sign in again. every time!
