Login loop



I have an original Microsoft login

Last year, then I updated to Microsoft 365, and created a new acount login/password.

But I cannot now use the original login/password - if I click on 'update the password' on my original login, it attributes the updated password to the new login name.

Which means I cannot access files stored on OneDrive, as I cannot login using the original account.

There seems to be a loop issue, which is really a problem, as I have many files I cannot now access.
