Hi, wondering if anyone can help me please.
Trying to get into my laptop, hit with the usual sign in stuff and am met with "we can't sign you in to your device right now. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem or try the last password you used on this device."
Both the last password and the new password I changed it to come up with the same message. When I've checked my account through my phone it says my device isn't registered, but the problem is I can't get into my laptop to register it.
I recently had to change the battery for my laptop and had to purchase the Microsoft package as my student one ran out, so I'm wondering if that's what's caused all of this even though both the student Microsoft and my new one are linked to the same email address?
