Hi All
I have 2 accounts on my desktop machine. One for me - and one for my wife.
All was well until I tried to set up 365 Family for both of us.
Now it seems my wife is permanently signed into my account - although 'My Account' shows otherwise!
Confused? Let me try to explain.
The 2 accounts have separate names.
So mine in *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and my wife's is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
When she signs in - she sees my account photo - and if I go to Account Info is shows her name - Alsion - but with my email of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
If I then go into Manage my Account - it shows her correct email - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I can find no way around this.
The main issue is if I change her account photo - it changes mine as well!
So total confusion.
Anyone know how to sort this?
My first thought was to log off her MS account - but I can find a way to do that.
Another suggestion was to log in to a local account - but there is no option to do that either.
Many thanks
Andrew
