Whenever I click on a new youtube video or I'm editing something in a video editing software the volume is always maxed out and too loud, so I have to hit the lower volume button so it can remember what volume it's actually supposed to be, whether it's 40 or 23, its always starts out maxed out until I hit the button once.
I've removed and reinstalled drivers all that stuff and it didn't: though I did find something by accident one time, but it disappeared and now I can't find it, I was removing a microphone as in input device and in the "App volume and device preferences" list I saw one that just said "Audio" with a picture of a speaker, it was grayed out and the volume was stuck at 92, I couldn't change it or nothing, so I existed it out, tried some other things, open that menu back up again, and it was gone. I feel like maybe THAT might have to do something with my problem, but I can't get it to come back, somebody please help me.
