9600K Stock with Artic Freezer 7x

gigabyte z370m d3h (BIOS Version F14a, the latest)

Crucial Ballistic DDR4 2400 MHz 8Gb x2 (16 Gb total)

Gigabyte GTX 1060 6Gb Windforce

Samsung SSD 860 QVO 1Tb

HDD WD Blue 1 Tb

PSU Corsair VS550 550Watts

TP-Link WiFi Dongle USB 300Mb

Mouse and Keyboard basic Logitech ones

Logitech Yoke

Logitech Pedals

Problem:

Whenever I use Flight Simulator 2020 computer freezes with a loud speaker noise. The only way to go out of the Freezing is rebooting.

This freezes happens randomly, it could take 5 mins, 10mins or 30 mins.

Highlights:

When yoke and pedals are disconnected (Yoke is connected to USB 3.0 and Pedals to the Yoke USB extensions) computer runs smoothly.

If ANY is connected in ANY USB port (2.0 or 3.0) computer freezes again.

MSFS2020 set to have 30-32 FPS.

Already tried solutions:

Updated GPU drivers... solution not worked.

Win10 stock AND Updated Yoke and Pedals drivers... solution not worked.

CPU Stress test (Using OCCT) runs smoothly with temperatures below 70°

Tried to connect another Joytick... Computer freezes again.

Tried different Windows 10 power management settings... solution not worked

Tried disabling Joystick auto sleep mode for power supply... solution not worked (freezes happens also when using yoke)

Working solution:

Turned OFF Intel Turbo Boost... System runs smoothly without freezing or crashing.

QUESTION:

WHY???? What is happening?

Theory:

PSU is faulty?

Motherboard stock config is faulty for the 9600K?

Looks like it is related to power withdrawal or power management on high memory usage.
