windows xp

hi

we bought wood machine CNC and it came with windows in German language.

i did change from Control Panel Language, and Region to English but it not changing to it.

then i read somwear it cud be not multi language license.


question is how tho check what licences is this windows xp if it is not multi language can be possibility update to multi language and how.
