Hi,
Need help with the following:
There was an automatic update on my computer last night January 14th.
The Update appears to be called "Quality Update" with a number of 107, not sure if it means 107 updates or other?
All my desktop files, apps, pictures, shortcuts are all gone.
1) why did this happen and can I control updates in the future?
2) I am getting a prompt when I log in saying: "you are logged into a temporary profile" what does this mean and how do I solve this?
3) how do I restore my desktop from before the update so that I can copy all the missing files to an external drive?
This is a real big problem, can you please help.
