Where I can Download file "HOTFIX"

i got problem with some of my application, shown

Title: Cannot start Application
Description: Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted.
Contact the application vendor for assistance.​

to solve this as article in https://support.microsoft.com

need to download HOTFIX. but it wasnt there.

If the hotfix is available for download, there is a "Hotfix download available" section at the top of this Knowledge Base article. If this section does not appear, contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support to obtain the hotfix.​
