laptop shuts down when put in sleep

this started after dell put on bios update and windows updates. Dell does not respond.


is there something you can help me with? Could this be a windows power issue?


This computer is 3 mos old and idiot at dell tried to tell me it might be the motherboard. It went into sleep and stayed there until the lasst updates which i'm assuming made thiss mess. Dell is useless.
