Can I/How to Upgrade from W10 pro 32 bit to 64 bit

I have an ASUS X53e Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz that came with Win 7 Premium (have license). I upgraded it to Windows 10 pro 32 bit (by mistake) even though it is 64 bit capable. I have now realized that it is only using half of its 8 GB RAM. I just purchased Microsoft 365 Family if that matters.


Is my original Win 7 Premium license valid for an upgrade to W10 Pro 64 bit? Does the Microsoft 365 Family help somehow (W10 included?). Is there a link to how I execute this upgrade? Thank you.
