In the past with Windows 10, I have been able to go to control panel > devices and printers > select my Xerox Printer > Printing preferences > Job Type > Hold.
Then I could set a password for the network printer so that it wouldn't just automatically print without me being there.
However, this option is no longer there. The only options under Printing preferences are layout and paper quality. It is not under 'advanced' either. I searched for anything related to job type, hold or lock under printer properties, print server properties, printing preferences, security, etc. and nothing is there.
Am I missing something?
