Greetings,
So this is an issue I've been having for a while and I can not find any info about it online whatsoever. So, every so often, my Windows Firewall switches to 'Not Using Recommended Settings' by itself which prevents me from browsing the 'net (save for YouTube). I've done multiple scans to see if that fixes it but it still does it every so often. I also thought it was Steam doing it so I stopped using it but it still pops up. I know it's not malware as my computer runs perfectly fine with no problems but, for some reason, Firewall is giving me the biggest issue. I also know it's not my antivirus as I don't have the paid version that includes its own firewall. I have also done the whole services.msc and net-refresh thing but it still happens. Oddly, the issue pops up if I done a simple restarting of the computer after a update or scan but, once I shut down the computer normally for a few days with no restarts, I don't have the issue.
