Windows 7 system experience index assessment never completed!!!

I have run the system experience index assessment in my laptop sony Vaio svf15212snb. It started assessing but always stuck or freeze at the ACCESSING CPU PERFORMANCE STATUS and restart itself automatically.


I uninstalled all drivers including graphic and even reinstalling windows and updating the necessary graphic drivers, however, i still have the same issues.


I have run the CPU and memory assessment test separately through winsat in CMD prompt. However, it freezes and restart automatically as was before. In contrary, the other tests like graphic, disk, etc. through cmd all completed successfully.


I have run the memory diagnostic tool and the intel processor diagnostic tool which have successfully completed both the tests with RESULTS ALL OK.


In short, why CPU and memory Tests always fails and restart in winsat or system experience index?f7e8f469-8d80-4930-8dc7-2e2d72422b09?upload=true.jpg
