Will a clean install from Windows 10 Installation Media USB Drive reinstall the WindowsApps folder files if I have deleted it on the current OS (also

I Own an Asus

I have already tried a System Restore, and then a PC Reset. After resetting, the WindowsApps folder reappeared, but was empty. Even the Microsoft Store app and Clock app did not exist anywhere on my laptop. I need to know if a clean install will reinstall all the standard files in the WindowsApps folder which I deleted because I'm stupid.


Also, will it restore all the default settings? For some reason, some of the default settings seem to have changed after I reset my PC without me requesting so. For example, the Windows drive protection has been turned off without me doing so, meaning it is currently not creating restore points.


Any help is very very appreciated - I am utterly desperate.

And yes I have learnt my lesson: Never tamper with the WindowsApps folder permissions.
