How do I solve my laptop's problem.

Please can you help me out in some ways.I suggest that person like me I live in a remote rural area out of the main link of comunication, I comunicate with a mobile phone with it's net work systems. I think you can create a new application which is most reliable , fast to download and on line fast , instead of wasting traveling along way out of our home.
