Back in September I had a feature update (version 2004) installed on my PC (HP Pavilion 15 Notebook). I have run into the frustrating situation of having my Wi-Fi connection randomly go out. And I don't just get a status saying the wi-fi is out, my internet connection gets completely lost as result of it and I have to run troubleshooting or restart the PC to get it back.
I have already been troubleshooting this issue for months now. However, I've been working through HP because I've been thinking it was a problem with the device this whole time. I've tried a lot of the troubleshooting methods shared online. None of the trouble shooting methods I've come across have worked for me, the problem is stubbornly persisting.
Was there a patch update that was released that I can install on my computer to fix the problem? Also, on my updates, I have a feature update (version 20H2) that's available to be installed, if I install that update will the issue go away then?
