Old windows vista recovery disks

Hello Community,

I have two old Windows Vista recovery disks that I created back when I had a laptop with Vista on it. I got rid of that laptop. Now i want to get data off of the disk (Recovery 1 and 2), if there is any data like pics, documents, etc. Since I have a win 10 laptop now, I guess it is not possible. I did procure an old laptop with Windows Vista, but can't recover from those disks. Is there a way I can 'hack' those disks???
