one of two thunderbolt ports stopped working

I own an XPS 7390 2 in 1 and one of the ports I use regularly for charging my computer stopped working. The other port functions as normal but the other seems to not register anything I plug into it, be it the charger that came with the laptop nor the usb cable converter. I have tried restarting the computer and checking the device manager to search for any issues, and all the drivers are up to date. I am stumped.
