A few errors in event viewer, PC getting Black screened, Windows potentially damaged.

Long story short i got a black screen of death a while ago, pc could not get past it. Sometimes when launched on a different lower res monitor (i have 4k) it would load up ok for a bit. So I take it to a shop, they say its likley the PSU cant power the pc with enough. So i replace the PSU, still doesn't work, I take it to another shop and they say that they disassembled it and tried my GPU in with another pc and found that my 1080ti had died, so i replace that too.

In the process of them rebuilding my pc however some how windows is corrupted, they did use a boot kit to launch windows while my SSD with the OS on it was out of the pc, could have been the reason? idk. So they say they'd reinstall windows fresh but copy my data on the SSD so i keep my files, not sure why they did this when I thought that was an option when reinstalling.

Anyway, that works, however they didn't keep registry files and probably missed a few other things as all of my shortcuts are broken, and windows search cant find anything installed on my D drive. But still I am getting a black screen here and there. I already had to repair windows to fix a bunch of other critical errors in event viewer using the DISM and SFC stuff.

I get (Session "OWEtKernelLogger" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022) every time the pc turns on.

This is a new one that just caused my monitor to lose signal and black screen, it happened when trying to click on the minecraft launcher window, it hasn't happened again since:

The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video3

0000(0000) 00000000 00000000

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

I think this one also happens a lot when the pc turns on:

Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

The last one i think might have to do with the fact my registry data didnt get taken over as i've seen some online talking about the registry in relation to this error:

The server {FD06603A-2BDF-4BB1-B7DF-5DC68F353601} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

I've already tried all the simple fixes for this one ^ but none of the settings where even wrong or needed changing in the comp config
