I recently upgraded some components of my pc, including disk and mb (I still have to upgrade cpu and ram but I don't think are the problems because I never had this problem before), So I full reinstalled windows on the new disk and erased the others (I have a nas for backups).
Actual specs are
Here's a video of the problem:
can't attach files, view on reddit
Essentially welcome screen is unusually slow ( normally I don't even see "Welcome" message that windows is already loaded ). When it load to desktop I have to click on the taskbar to show controls and icons, it seem a problem related to explorer.exe that somehow doesn't load at startup.
After loading up everything's perferct, I made a bunch of sanity checks of ssd's, ram, mb. Everything seem ok, also I have last bios version, and I also tried resetting the bios.
What I have already tried:
Please don't come with clean boots or other things that doesn't help at all, maybe help me find a way to identify the cause of the error.
Here's the boot log, but I didn't find any helpful information in it: can't attach files, view on reddit

After loading up everything's perferct, I made a bunch of sanity checks of ssd's, ram, mb. Everything seem ok, also I have last bios version, and I also tried resetting the bios.
What I have already tried:
- Every command to check integrity of the disk DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth , sfc /scannow and bunch of others
- Reinstall windows 5 times
- Cleaning every disk and installing on the 980
- Cleaning every disk and installing on the 970
- Creating windows usb winth automatic creation tool in windows installer and with rufus
- Tried with different usbs
- Tried Hard resetting every disk and installing windows again
- Disabled every startup service from configuration
- Unplugging all the devices except my keyboard (also tried with different keyboard)
- Disabling internet at statup
- Block automatic updates after windows reinstall
- Tried different gpu driver version
- Tried reinstalling and using an offline account to make sure it doesn't sync any settings and have perfect clean windows
- Safe mode
- Assigning all cores to boot option
- clean boot
- Tried different Nvidia driver (last version, the previous one and the one installed with windows update, that for some reason is very old, I love windows update)
Please don't come with clean boots or other things that doesn't help at all, maybe help me find a way to identify the cause of the error.
