I've had similar issues on several machines.
Increasingly I am frustrated with Windows File Explorer because it doesn't refresh properly. I can move or copy or delete files or create directories and unless I actively right click and refresh, it doesn't update. This is especially frustrating when sorting large numbers of files.
I have tried several solutions from removing network folders to adding registry keys to turning on or off certain windows services, and they seem to correct the problem temporarily, but it soon returns.
I'm curious if anyone else has this problem or if there is any explanation for why this issue keeps coming back or keeps getting worse.
